Our Providers

Dr. Jackie Henry, PsyD, LP

We have natural tendency to try to avoid distress. While understandable, avoidance as a long-term strategy can lead to greater fear and anxiety, less certainty and a sense of being adrift.  We can learn other ways to manage difficulty that enhance our wellbeing and improve personal knowledge. Your reasons for connecting with a therapist are both unique and universal to all those who struggle with difficult emotions.  Together we can explore your personal experience and work toward a sense of connection to your community, your values and your self.

Principles of mindfulness inform my personal and professional life. I have training in Mind-Body Medicine and Mindful Self-Compassion, and have a personal mindfulness practice, including yoga and meditation. I am now accepting clients for psychedelic-assisted therapy, an exciting new frontier in medicine and psychology.

I maintain a commitment to evidence-based treatment and hold professional integrity in the highest esteem. Working collaboratively with clients to meet their goals, I incorporate cognitive behavioral and acceptance-based strategies into my therapeutic work.
