Good Faith Estimate
As a client, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of mental health care services provided by an out-of-network psychologist. This estimate outlines the expected charges for services so you can make informed decisions about your care. I can provide this estimate upon request.
Fee-for-Service Information
I operate as a private, fee-for-service practice, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’ll provide a superbill—a detailed receipt with everything your insurance needs (diagnosis codes, procedure codes, provider info). You can submit it through your insurance’s app or website. Reimbursement isn’t guaranteed, but many patients find this helpful.
How it works:
You pay me directly for your visit.
I give you a superbill.
You submit it to your insurance.
If eligible, they may reimburse you directly.
